Hi, I'm Nancy Lee...

Welcome to my world of magic and illusion, faeries and fantasy. Perhaps it's because I was raised by parents who were professional magical entertainers, or the fact that I went on to become one myself, and also to eventually marry one; whatever the reason, I have always lived my life with an open mind and a sense of childhood wonder and excitement.

From early childhood on I have believed in faeries, magic, illusions, and noble knights on brave steeds rescuing fair damsels in distress. And of course, lets not forget Santa! There are indeed times when I am so happy that I believe I can dance on a rainbow, if I so desire. Are there faeries at the bottom of my garden? Yes, of course...for I have heard them singing! As Helen Keller 'said', "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart."

What I have said does not in any way take away from my belief in God our Creator, and Heaven, or miracles. I want this to be known, as it is important to me that people realize that I am also a very spiritual person, especially having a near death experience just four years ago. To me there are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

The return of the magical can only happen with the return of innocence. Children today are growing up far too fast, and it is up to us as adults to restore in them the world of make believe, and put the magic back into their lives. The inner child in adults is just below the surface...if only we would let our guard down more often, and enjoy life! It's never too late to have a happy childhood!

So, am I just a hopeless romantic, or is it possible to carry the joy and love of magic into adulthood? I know there are others of you who feel as I do. I know, because I have talked to you when you stopped by for a chat on ICQ, or sent an endearing message. Maybe you have been added to my contact list because you understood where I was coming from.
